7th Kuching Celebrates second Enrolment

July 16, 2006 - The 7th Kuching BB Company today celebrates its 2nd Anniversary. An Enrolment Service at Chin Daw Methodist Church, Kuching marks this auspicious day. Chin Daw Methodist Church is the sponsoring authority of this company. The company was formed in late 2004.

The Enrolment Service begun with the marching in of the colors which was received by Pastor Ling, chaplain of the company. Our service started with a praise and worship session and followed by the sermon entitled “Youth evangelism” by the chaplain.

The captain, Mr.Hii welcomed the guest, parents of the boys, church members and all the boys for joining in this historical enrolment service of the 7th Kuching company. After the media presentation, a dance entitled “Glow” was presented by our boys and the Girls' Brigade members.

The encrolment proper was conducted for all the old and new members of the company. Awards and promotions of NCOs folllowed next. The enrolment service ended at 11.45am with the marching out of the company colors and followed by the benediction by the chaplain. Refreshments were provided for the guest, parents and boys.
