The ANTS has gone to Miri
This year the ANTS was held in Miri (Northern Region of Sarawak State) for 3 days 2 nights (24-26 Nov 2006) at the National Service Training Camp, Miri.
A total of participants 89 members & 6 coaches & assistant coaches were involved. The aim of this training is to be closer to God and to equip members & strengthen the company. A very wonderful and challenging course for the members & coaches.
Here's brief diary:
Day 1 :
Arrival of members from various areas like Kuching, Sibu and Miri. Registration was done by members in accordance to their company. Training started with a ice-breaker game.
Opening ceremony was held in the afternoon, with inspection of Guest Of Honour and followed by drill session for 3 hours.
A movie was shown in the evening with the objective to understand more on the reactions, emotional feelings, and consequences of actions taken similar of the members' daily life.
Day 2 :
After morning devotion by trainer Mr Stuart, classroom coaching started till afternoon. A game (making as much profits) was planned for the members, and during dinner there were some 'problems' between coaches & trainees. Later that evening during evaluation of the day, the 'problems' over dinner were discussed and lessons were learnt.
Day 3 :
Evaluation of the training in the morning, and closing ceremony was carried out right after; and the training was officially announced closed and vesper was sung before lunch time.
