A 'Member' here means a boy or girl from a BB Company in Malaysia who is of the rank of either Junior, Private, NCO, SSgt or Primer
An 'Officer' here means a man or woman from a BB Company in Malaysia who is of the rank of either Warrant Officer, Lieutenant, Captain, Honarary Captain or Chaplain
A 'Company' here means a BB Company which is registered by the Boys' Brigade in Malaysia under the Registrar of Societies of Malaysia.
If a BB Company is non-Active, ie. 'Temporary not operating' or 'Closed', any 'Member' or 'Officer' or 'Company' will be automatically disqualified for a prize. The next in line will be awarded and so on and so forth.
Proof of membership of a member is by the 'Official Membership Application Form' filled up when a member joins the Boys' Brigade
Proof of membership of an officer is by the 'Officers' Particulars' Form' filled up when an officer joins the Boys' Brigade
The prizes awarded cannot be exchanged or returned
The results will be announced between one month after the final collection have been received and tabulated
The decision of the organising committee of REACHOUT is final, no complains will be entertained
Final submission of collection must be received by BBM HQ on Nov 9 (Friday) by 5.00pm
